Easy 10

K, not miles. My brain can only do metric. The coach said to do a 10k easy run, so I did. I also included some technique drills which I try to do at least twice a week - after 17 weeks I really notice a difference, particularly in my hips which are long overdue some attention, so I must be doing something right. Even my lovely chiro seems happy so guess I'm stuck with the drills now! 63 minutes in total, out and back along the eastern side of Isle of Dogs, past a dodgy kebab shop, Chinese takeaway and laundrette, complete with smoking kids under a tree. I seem to come across that particular activity on almost every run now, am I getting more sensitive as I run longer or have more and more kids doing it now? Either way I think I need to find some new routes.
