Bored, browsing random sites, and Lolcats in particular, I ended up on There, I Fixed It, with one crazy solution after another to everyday problems. Among other things I spotted a Laptop Steering Wheel Desk:
I had to check out Amazon to see if they really do sell this, and they do! Who buys this I wonder?
But that wasn’t the end of the madness. Scrolling down a bit, with the heading Related Searches you can buy: a Fresh Whole Rabbit. Why is the rabbit related to the laptop table? And why would you want to buy a skinned rabbit – on Amazon?
But even worse – the reviews! “We ordered one of these rabbits for our children this Easter and boy what a surprise. It is NOT a living rabbit.” You really thought you’d actually receive a live pet?
Or: “I ordered one of these Fresh "Whole" Rabbits, but when it arrived its head, fur and insides were missing. Not exactly whole, I'd say! Maybe it was just damaged during shipping, but I won't be buying another one.”
Do I go for shock or fascination here…?
lol!
ReplyDeleteare you sure you're not on the magic mushrooms mialena ;)
wow. totally random :) interesting finds though! i sure hope these people aren't getting rich of these "wonderful" ideas.
ReplyDeleteDave: Completely! They haven't been doing so well on the balcony, too cold ;)
ReplyDeleteLindsay: I wonder where all the ideas come from! And yes - hopefully it's just a joke, but maybe it's the same people who enjoy sending spam emails...?
