I wasn't kidding when I said I need to do more drills. It hurts to sit down, to stand up, walk, and gererally move around. As I always hurt more on day two I'm really looking forward to tomorrow...

Pint-sized Swede relocated "home" after 10 years in London. Goofy on the surfboard, natural on snowboard, blue belt in Chinese kickboxing, loves coffee, cake and sleeping (in any order). I love trying new things, especially if I'm challenged, it seems hard or someone tells me that I "can't"!
All paces, distances etc are METRIC unless otherwise stated!
