Aquaphobia

Normally I like running in the rain but when the doctor keeps saying I must avoid getting any water in my eyes this prognosis feels a bit grim. It almost seems more important to avoid water than to use my eye drops - antibiotic and antiinflammatory and I don't know what... BBC's weather man went for the full 100%. Fab. I'll be running in a cap and hoodie then, maybe then at least the asbo kids* will ignore me... *Bunch of bloody annoying kids hanging out behind our building, smoking and drinking, throwing things at people, urinating everywhere, smashing cars... Apparently we're meant to get regular visits by the police to make them go away but really - we need a permanent bobby!
