Well, almost.
Took Sigge the cat to the vet yesterday as he hasn’t been eating properly and is sick all over the bathroom floor every other night (at least not on the rugs or our shoes!). He’s 15 years old and several organs (one kidney, the liver & thyroid) don’t really work as they should anymore. He’s still quite chirpy though so hopefully some very expensive pills will do the trick. But my bank account is now in trouble – of course the pricey insurance only covers vet bills, not actual medication… Shite.
If you have any kind of insurance – make sure to check what’s covered - and adjust if possible - before making a claim! Especially if you want to be able to buy anything else, like, ever…
What can I do though – he’s my baby and I wouldn’t dream of denying him much needed treatment!
