Summer has hit us, and the sun is out in full force! And what do I do then? Stupidly I hit the hills. In blazing sunshine.
Should be pretty self-explanatory – Upp/nerjogg = warm-up/down. The intervals themselves are simply up/walking rest down. Comment: it was HOT.
