The main road is shorter than through the woods. Only by about 2 k, but roughly half an hour faster – garmin said 26.76 k in 1 hour 10. Obviously not as pretty, and a lot fewer animals around – though I heard deer on several occasions, and even a moose. I think I’ll be able to do this in an hour as it was very windy today, so watch this space…
The scenic route, from my house to the office right in the middle of absolute nowhere. I don’t think any places dealing with nuclear stuff is ever going to be located that close to civilisation, but we don’t even have a reactor so really, please could we move closer so I can run to and from work!
The main road home. Could be straighter… The big water is the Baltic sea, and it only takes 5 minutes to get to it from the office, by foot. Not bad!
