2. You have 18 days left until the marathon. Look at a calendar of those days and plot out your goals on those days. Plan a day off or so. Gradually move back into your training but you're not going to have that hardcore of training this close. If you want higher impact, find a hill in Greenwich Park and run it 4-5 times. It will maximize your time!
1: Actually no - it's from the Inca Trail. But I do look like that a lot, as you might remember :) 2: But I'd rather have 28! At the moment it looks like I'll have about 10 days to run and by then I should be in full taper mode anyway. Gah. I'm thinking evil fartleks actually. Could possibly do them up the long Greenwich hill (The Avenue), yes. Good plan!
Pint-sized Swede relocated "home" after 10 years in London. Goofy on the surfboard, natural on snowboard, blue belt in Chinese kickboxing, loves coffee, cake and sleeping (in any order). I love trying new things, especially if I'm challenged, it seems hard or someone tells me that I "can't"!
