Shuffling along in a pair of slippers...

Finally the evil lurgies seem to have set their sights on some other poor sod. Not a minute too soon if you ask me. Last night I’d had enough of staying in so I quietly slipped on the new shiny Mizunos and shuffled out to see how they’d like some drills. And I mean shuffled, I was nearly overtaken by walkers, and not ever the power variety… 7:37-pace including some ever so slightly faster skipping and suchlike must surely be considered slow enough even for a poorly runner. And OMG what a difference it was to skip in the silver shoes compared to snowboard boots! Yep, I entertained people by the slopes with some drill action. The closest I got to running all that week. The Mizuno’s felt like they had wings, and felt like the new Nirvana 3’s I bought just over a year ago. I don’t know what was meant to be good with the Nirvana 4’s, but I’m really happy about the new features! And today the cleaning urges attacked me, which must mean I’m nearly back to normal. Luckily, as I swear something snapped at me from within the big piles of dust in some of the corners…
