Rest day

Couldn't stay still though, my legs were itchy so I went out to do some drills. Not even a mile in total so I guess I didn't "run" after all...

  1. steady away now. theres nothing more you can do..apart from rest and eat :)
    i'd just add 4-6 100m strides at the end of your slow runs just so you dont feel as though youre grinding to a halt
