steady away now. theres nothing more you can do..apart from rest and eat :) i'd just add 4-6 100m strides at the end of your slow runs just so you dont feel as though youre grinding to a halt
Pint-sized Swede relocated "home" after 10 years in London. Goofy on the surfboard, natural on snowboard, blue belt in Chinese kickboxing, loves coffee, cake and sleeping (in any order). I love trying new things, especially if I'm challenged, it seems hard or someone tells me that I "can't"!
All paces, distances etc are METRIC unless otherwise stated!
